seasons turn

a four part series for tending through the seasons

*Registration for the whole series closed June 16, but you can still join us for individual classes! Fall:Root is coming up on September 23.*

In this year-long learning circle, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their connection to nature’s cycles, shape personal practices, and be in community through shared experiences and discussions.

Tending with intention through the seasons is a practice, a way to be in tune with ourselves as the elements change. To lean into the slower months as much as the fullest ones. To mark the passing of time with how we care for our bodies, our homes, and our communities.

The lessons and activities in each meeting, including seasonal energetics, ways of noticing, working with plants (herbs and foods), intention setting, reflecting and sharing, will provide a container for each person to nurture their personal exploration as the seasons turn.

Spring: Seed
Summer: Expand
Fall: Root
Winter: Rest
