seasons turn

If you didn’t have a calendar, how would you tell time?

Led by clinical herbalist kelly lecoy and psychotherapist/co-owner of Golden Hour Christian Gibson, seasons turn is a year-long journey of exploring time through the elements and natural cycles, of paying attention, and of tending to self and community through each season’s shift.

Tending with intention through the seasons is a practice, a way to be in tune with ourselves as the elements change. To lean into the slower months as much as the fullest ones. To mark the passing of time with how we care for our selves, our homes, our communities, and the earth.

Part knowledge share and part personal practice, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their connection to nature’s cycles, shape personal routines & rituals, and be in community through shared practice and discussions.

  • Spring:Seed

  • Summer:Expand

  • Fall:Root

  • Winter:Rest

We gather near each equinox and solstice, and twice in between, exploring each season through these lenses:

  • the elements

  • energetics

  • body systems

  • emotions

  • herbs and foods
